Pines is a 20 minute drive to Cooperstown, 15 minutes
to Dreams Park and about 20 minutes to Cooperstown
All Star Village (very little traffic in this rural
area). The nearest large supermarket is about 10
minutes away and Oneonta's shopping area is only
15 minutes.
Lakeview
Pines is a newly renovated four bedroom, two and
a half bath cottage in the Goodyear Lake community,
just a very short walk to lake access. A five-minute
drive will take you to Portlandville where you can
rent a kayak or canoe on the Susquehanna River which
feeds into Goodyear lake.

cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer,
air conditioning, cable TV, high speed internet access.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with linens and
towels. The beds are a queen, a queen, a full, and a full. The half bath
adjoins the master bedroom. Housekeeping is not provided. No
Team Parties, No Smoking or No Pets.
